As i walked into his room this morning, the dr said "just in time mom"... i peeked around him to see Ian laying there getting a nasal canula taped to his cheeks.... The vent is OUT!
So far, he's doing well on vapotherm at 4L and 60% oxygen. They were going to start him on Pregestamil formula by feeding tube this afternoon (i had to go to work). He was sooooo wide awake, it was so cuteeeeeee! I said "are you just too excited to sleep?" After 3 long weeks on the vent.... I got to hold him today!
He was noticeably alot more yellow today (jaundice from the tpn causing liver problems)...but overall he looked soooooooo good!
