Ian is off the ventilator!!!!! This is such a hugeeee step for him! He's on a nasal canula at 5L (Vapotherm) and doing well so far. His little cries are weak (from the vent between his vocal cords for so long) but soooooo cute. He is sucking a pacifier like crazy too! He's now 5lb 4oz as of last night and he's getting lots of baby fat, and has a double chin to boot! LOL.

Yayyyy!!!!! He is in the right place! You made the right decision to take him back to his home hospital - i think. It seems he does so well there - and he is just doing well being himself! I just love your pictures!
YEAH! Way to go little guy. He looks so cute and I love that he has some baby fat now. What a trooper.
That is great news. I am so happy he is doing so well. Baby fat is good, he is getting big :)
